In our Home Organizing Consulting session, We will evaluate your space and implement a sustainable strategy to maintain a functional sanctuary environment that is tailored to your lifestyle needs. A written Home Organizing Consultation report will be provided as a personal roadmap to a more balanced lifestyle. Our main goal is to transform your space and bring back your sanctuary and life. As we value your organizing journey and space - all consultations are held in strictest confidence , ensuring your home remains your private sanctuary throughout our journey.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Deposit: A non-refundable deposit, 50%, is required to secure your booking before any project begins. Pricing Notice: Prices listed are estimates. Total project costs may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and needs of your space. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment for free with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If a session starts late due to client delay, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. Weather & Emergencies: Flow & Order Home Interiors reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to sudden illness, severe weather, or emergencies. Home Organizing Services Focus: Sessions focus strictly on decluttering, spatial layout, and setting up storage systems tailored to your routine. No Deep Cleaning: Organizing services do not include deep cleaning, scrubbing, or housekeeping. The space must be cleaned by the client prior to the start of the session. Lifting & Safety Limits: For safety reasons, heavy lifting, moving large furniture pieces, or carrying items over 30 lbs is not included. Your Belongings, Your Choice: You retain total authority over what stays, moves, or gets discarded. We guide the process, but final decisions remain yours. Organizing Products: Product recommendations (bins, organizers, trays) are provided as needed, but buying these supplies is billed separately unless explicitly stated in your package. Long-Term Results: System success depends on space conditions, active client participation during sorting, and routine daily maintenance after the session.
