Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to respect other scheduled appointments. Flow & Order Home Interiors reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. HOME ORGANIZING SERVICES Home organizing sessions focus on decluttering, organizing, and creating functional systems tailored to your lifestyle. Clients are responsible for making final decisions regarding belongings to be kept, donated, relocated, or discarded. Product recommendations may be provided; however, the purchase of organizing products is not included unless otherwise specified. Results may vary depending on the condition of the space, client participation, and ongoing maintenance of systems established during the session.
